Which Keirsey Personality Type Are You?
David Keirsey is the author of the Keirsey Temperament Sorter.
His personality groups represent key human archetypes found throughout history.
The four groups are:
- Guardian
- Idealist
- Artisan
- Rational
His test is the most widely used assessment test in the world.
He links human behavioral patterns to four temperaments and sixteen character types.
Each temperament has its own unique qualities and shortcomings, strengths and challenges.
These four temperaments are not simply arbitrary collections of characteristics, but are more outcomes of 2 basic dimensions of human behavior:
- our communication and our action,
- our words and our deeds, or, simply, what we say and what we do.
It is important to know the characteristics of the group that you are a part of, it would be a real help to know and understand yourself better.
