This Is Your Reminder That Things Are Going To Get Better

Life will always be full of ups and downs, and during bad times, we tend to feel very pessimistic. But no matter how bleak everything might seem in the moment, always remember that things are going to get better. Always.

Moving forward, I think itโ€™s important to remember that life is an ongoing journey filled with ups, downs, highs, and lows. Unexpected events occur. Sometimes things wonโ€™t work out for us. Change is the only constant and itโ€™s also our most reliable companion.

Things Are Going To Get Better

I think itโ€™s important to remember we are fragile meat suits wandering around a sphere circling a sun in the middle of vast and ever-expanding nothingness.

One day, someday, everything stops.

Keep perspective.

I think itโ€™s important to recognize that we are living, breathing miracles capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for. We have survived dark days and earthquakes and heartbreak. We persist and persist and persist some more.

Keep it up.

And remember โ€“ Everything stops. Love, life, pain, us.

Things are going to get better

I think itโ€™s important to realize that we continue onward and upward regardless of the past and though our futures are unknown and unwritten, donโ€™t forget that when nothing is certain, anything is possible.

Keep the faith.

I think itโ€™s important to reiterate that itโ€™s okay to change. Itโ€™s okay to be different than you used to be. Itโ€™s perfectly acceptable to make different decisions if the old ones arenโ€™t working out for you. Itโ€™s absolutely fine to redefine a relationship if the old version isnโ€™t serving you. Try new things and see what works best for you. Do more of what feels good. Prioritize yourself.

Keep exploring.

Moving forward, I think itโ€™s important to remember that you are right where you need to be, and even though life can feel occasionally overwhelming, and even though options abound and improvement lies around every corner of every street we may wander down, right now, I think itโ€™s important to recognize you are doing what has to be done, and I beg you, donโ€™t forget, you are already and always enough.

Keep going.
