Life will always be full of ups and downs, and during bad times, we tend to feel very pessimistic. But no matter how bleak everything might seem in the moment, always remember that things are going to get better. Always.
Moving forward, I think itโs important to remember that life is an ongoing journey filled with ups, downs, highs, and lows. Unexpected events occur. Sometimes things wonโt work out for us. Change is the only constant and itโs also our most reliable companion.

Things Are Going To Get Better
I think itโs important to remember we are fragile meat suits wandering around a sphere circling a sun in the middle of vast and ever-expanding nothingness.
One day, someday, everything stops.
Keep perspective.
I think itโs important to recognize that we are living, breathing miracles capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for. We have survived dark days and earthquakes and heartbreak. We persist and persist and persist some more.
Keep it up.
And remember โ Everything stops. Love, life, pain, us.
I think itโs important to realize that we continue onward and upward regardless of the past and though our futures are unknown and unwritten, donโt forget that when nothing is certain, anything is possible.
Keep the faith.
I think itโs important to reiterate that itโs okay to change. Itโs okay to be different than you used to be. Itโs perfectly acceptable to make different decisions if the old ones arenโt working out for you. Itโs absolutely fine to redefine a relationship if the old version isnโt serving you. Try new things and see what works best for you. Do more of what feels good. Prioritize yourself.
Keep exploring.

Moving forward, I think itโs important to remember that you are right where you need to be, and even though life can feel occasionally overwhelming, and even though options abound and improvement lies around every corner of every street we may wander down, right now, I think itโs important to recognize you are doing what has to be done, and I beg you, donโt forget, you are already and always enough.
Keep going.
