As an empath the greatest skill you must master is the ability to observe without absorbing. As empaths can feel thoughts and emotions of others, they become really sensitive to energies. If you keep absorbing every energy that you get in touch with, you will end up draining your own energy. To observe you gotta be centered as the neutral awareness, let all the energies pass by like visitors. You will end up carrying a lot of emotional baggage of others if you don’t learn to observe the energy. Meditate more, be anchored in your higher awareness.
