Life is overwhelming at the moment but…
I’m OK

She trained herself for the worst to
embrace with her best.

Even when I am down in the dumps,
I don’t give up.

An emotional nap yet aware of the
enlightening bright future !!

Time heals all wounds.
Thanks for checking in though!

Whatever life throws
at me I’m still number one…

When being fine is only the option.

Keep thinking positive even in the worst situation,
your mind will make you win.

Mind is the circuit board of
our thoughts that are illuminated.

Even with a head weighed down with anxiety,
I still manage to radiate nothing, but positivity…

It’s easier to tell them you’re fine rather
than explaining to them why you are sad.

Showing thumbs up even when your life
knocks you down, need much strength!

Failures are disappointing but
I m ready to try again.

No one can imagine what is behind my words
“ I am OK”.

Telling everyone you are fine when you are
actually drowning in despair.

So I close my eyes to old ends and
open my heart to new beginnings.

No matter how low or lost I am,
my spirit cannot be beaten.

I will show up no matter how I feel!

Thumbs up to life and its petty problems.

A little rest I need,
then I ‘ll be back on my feet
A bit of self-love, some hearty laughs and
I ‘ll be back on track.

What people want to hear… I’m fine

Thumbs up to positivity even when
shrouded under darkness!

I’m down but not out. All I need is a moment’s
break and I’ll be back.

I might be down but am not out as far
as I still remain positive.

I’ll be ok, I just need a moment!

Even when I’m not when I’m asked, I say I’m okay.

You don’t want to see the truth in my eyes so
I’ll just tell you what you want to see & hear, I’m ok.

Though you see a thumbs up by your eyes I
wish your heart could feel I am broken.

It’s okay not to be okay.
A You say you’re okay but deep down
you’re breaking down.
