Every time I close my eyes,
I escape out to a place,
Where I can let myself be free,
To feel the warmth of love’s embrace,
The real world can’t find me here,
The people make me smile,
A place where being truly you,
Is the only thing in style,
In this dream that I’ve created,
I have more than my share of friends,
The kind that never leaves your side,
Until your troubles end,
The sun is always shining,
But even if it rains,
It’s still a better option,
Then opening my eyes again.
