Improving Self-Esteem
A positive self-esteem is also a protective factor for good mental health. Play with your kid, help them form social bond. Give your child responsibility and duties also refrain from insulting your kids in front of others. These will build a platform for setting your kids up for success and growth.

Model Good Behavior
