Love and Forgiveness
Did you know that Godโs angels in heaven rejoice when we forgive and love? When we do these two things to others, life is so easy; so beautiful and wonderful! We feel that thereโs something in our hearts that glitter and lighten the burden that we carry.
When a relationship failed, it doesnโt mean we stopped loving. It failed, maybe, because it didnโt work. Maybe, we just didnโt know how to share our love in ways that will work. Maybe, our love is buried deep down our hearts but the love is there. Or maybe, we didnโt want to fall too hard, not because we didnโt know where to stand but because we knew that it will hurt when things donโt go the way we wanted to. But the love is still there.
We knew that when our heart has grown fond and attached to someone, we will always feel as if a part of us dies when that person loses contact. And this is one of the reasons why we usually draw a line around ourselves and let the people stay outside the line. Because of that, we didnโt know how to show them the right love. But, still, the love is there.

When we truly love, we should let them know. And when we love, we should also know how to forgive. Let us bear in mind and heart that no one is perfect and everybody deserves forgiveness; that we should not hold on to bitterness and pain. We all have the power to forgive people who do not give us the respect we deserve. We should not spend the rest of our lives hating them anyway. After all, God gave us the heart with the capacity to forgive so we can love.
Let us always embrace forgiveness so that we could go to bed at night and sleep with peace in our hearts. And then, when we wake up the next day, we feel better.
Let go of the pain.
Forgive.
Forget.
And love.
