Signs I’m Becoming Depressed
- Don’t feel like responding to texts or emails
- Room gets messy
- World-view gets more negative
- Increased irritability & hopelessness
- Brain fog
- Dreams and aspirations? I don’t know them.
- Hobbies don’t make me happy
- Hygiene goes out the window
- My thoughts make me sad
- I feel self-conscious and dull around others
- I stop missing people, isolation feels comfortable
- Constant fatigue and so many naps
- Muscle pains and headaches
