Abusive Behaviors That Are Often Overlooked
- Ghosting: Disappearing on someone trying to communicate with you.
- Silent treatment: Not responding to someone trying to communicate with you.
- Invalidating someoneโs feelings or experience: Telling someone they are wrong for feeling or thinking the way they do about what they experienced.
- Ignoring a boundary: Continuing the same behavior deliberately after someone has communicated with you a boundary in regards to it.
