Very true! We always spend time discussing our problems! Not discussing our joy or Happiness! Sage Tulsidasji rightly says, Dukh mai Sumiran sab kare, Sukh mai kare na koi, ! Sukh mai Sumiran sab kare, Dukhh kahe ko hoy! .

This makes a lot of sense ! 🙂
We get to see and experience only those what we focus on and keep thinking about…Its a pattern /vicious thinking style, which needs to be broken at any cost .

Law of attraction.Bryant McGill writes:"if u r complaining about things in ur life,u r on complaining frequency and u r not in a position to attract what u want.get on to frequency of good with your thoughts and actions ,,firstly u will feel good secondly u will be more on a frequency to receive even better "
