More than that, it sends a positive message to the Universe. You make your own destiny, and you can choose the way in which you’re going to live. If you wish to live purposefully, just ask the Universe, and it will eventually show you the way. Ending journaling by making a wish is a strong progress towards making a change within yourself.

Meditation should be incorporated in your daily routine, if it’s not already. It helps you understand yourself better, and develops spiritual awakening within your senses.
