(March 21 – April 19)

Tempestuous Anger You’ll explode without considering how your actions will affect others. You don't sugarcoat your feelings, and if you’re mad at someone, they better watch out.

(April 20 – May 20)

Explosive Anger You give subtle hints at first, becoming silent and cold, before you erupt like a volcano spewing hot rage and throwing things.

(May 21 – June 20)

Vocal Anger You fly off the handle with screaming, shouting, and hurling sarcastic and occasionally mean words. You also strike with the perfect cutting remarks.

(June 21 – July 22)

Expressive Anger You first sulk, then (if no one has caught on) you move on to passive-aggressiveness, before completely withdrawing into your shell.

(July 23 – August 22)

Roaring Anger Being short-tempered, you storm with rage. When someone says or does something triggering, your go-to is foul language.

(August 23 – September 22)

Suppressed Anger You hold it in until you blow up. It isn’t about what’s happening right now, but rather something that happened in the distant past.

(September 23 – October 22)

Seething Anger You try to be above anger, but sometimes you end up losing it. You believe that whatever way you expressed your outburst was the best way possible.

(October 23 – November 21)

Brutal Anger Your stink eye sends shivers down the spine, and the sarcastic things you say are brutal. The emotional destruction you wreak isn’t pretty.

(November 22 – December 21)

Fiery Anger You use hurtful words when angry. If someone upsets you, you're likely to unfriend them immediately; both on social media and in real life.

(December 22 – January 19)

Destructive Anger You smash whatever is handy and cut others with criticism. When you’re driven to an outburst, it’s so out of character that it shocks everyone around you.

(January 20 – February 18)

Quiet Anger You’ll try to ignore the source of your agitation, hoping that you can eventually manage to cool yourself down. If you can’t, you’ll flip out.

(February 19 – March 20)

Emotional Anger You can be terrifying, even though the only person you tend to lash out at is yourself. You become violent, self-destructive, and dramatic.
