The world has revolutionized exponentially and to walk shoulder to shoulder with the mass, it is important to retain oneself with changing technologies.
After much observation and practically sensing certain circumstances, I came across some bitter truths of life that we generally avoid or more often do not gradually accept.
However, acceptance is the key to success!
It is my personal observation that the more I am towards accepting my failures is the better I succeed. When a person accepts her/his shortcomings, the chance to attain success increases.
In this competitive era, it is not shocking to see friends betraying partners to succeed!
Meanwhile, it is depressing to accept that a dear friend has repeatedly back stabbed!
Moreover, apart from relationships, when we talk about job life and everyday worries, avoiding some aspects can keep us happy. The mistakes that we do helps us learn life lessons and thus a positive approach is necessary.
Job life is not easy, as we have to prove ourselves every next minute to secure our position in the market.
Several challenges will block your path to success as a great employee, or as a good relationship holder, but the remedy is how you deal with things personally.
Dealing with a hard office time is very depressive! I have been through it and therefore can talk with personal experience.
When the boss is against your work, the feeling of pressure at work, the depression of not giving productive results affects a lot and is disheartening.
At times, people with a low level of education start working early due to the need for money. However, standing amid high competition afterward becomes tough.
I started working early, so I know the pros and cons. I switched to a BPO first for easy earning, as most people in such a situation go for BPO firms.
This is because enrolling in a call center company is easier than qualifying for other reputed jobs.
However, growing in every field is challenging today and demands hard work.
Here are some tips to grow in this competitive era, which I learned working practically on the field:
1. Take fear as a challenge
What are fear and worries? These are nothing but a limitation that pulls us back. The day when we overcome all our fears is the time we succeed.
Fear is the reason we generally do mistakes and thus debunking all the myths and fears that pull us down is necessary.
2. Kill dependency on expectations
Generating expectations from who-so-ever can at times be depressing! It can be expectations at the workplace or in relationships, dependency on someone can cost high.
To excel amid high competition, it is significant to learn from the failures and not be dependent on someone to act as a medium for your success.
The best things I have learned working across numerous platforms is dependency makes a man handicapped. Therefore, do not allow anyone to control your decisions rather be independent.
3. Let bygones be bygones
Past should never be your present partner rather only the learned lessons! To grow progressively in the present, it is significant to learn from experiences.
