There’s One Man On My Team Who When A Woman Is Interrupted

There’s one man on my team who, when a woman is interrupted (often), he’ll say, “you were interrupted, what were you going to say?”

I respect the hell out of him. It’s not easy for women to get the focus back in a meeting after we’re interrupted, and he knows that.
