Step 3 –  Massage your body (3 mins)

This is the favorite step of a vast majority. Get on a pair of disposable plastic gloves, and knead the muscles of your body about 25 times. This is the correct progression of how you should proceed with it: neck (basically, the round bulge around the cervical area), back, shoulder, your palms, arms, and even all the fingers. Go in circles. For the stomach area, go from the chest to the pelvic region. Continue this for all parts of your body. Each patch of skin on your skeleton is associated with some organ harboring beneath it. This increases their well-being as they work together in harmony with an increased blood circulation.


During Day-Time (Total 2 mins)

Step 4 – Consume lukewarm water (30 secs)

You should ideally boil half a liter of water for 10-15 mins, then pour the contents into a mug or a thermos. Every 30 minutes, I need you to you take 3 sips. The below exercise will help your digestive system, and it will, in turn give you good dreams. 

Remember we discussed sesame oil’s properties in a previous point? You can use it again, here. But a little bit of it to boil. Stop when it is lukewarm. Pour a bit of it onto your stomach area, and massage in circles. Then you have to dip a towel, in a tub of hot water, cool it a little, then use it as a compress on the area. Wait till the towel is not hot anymore. Now you can rub off the excess water, and dry your body. It is necessary that you do that, because you might catch a bad cold otherwise. This outside stimulus is actually an indication to your intestines to help them get working. It aids and improves their capabilities. All your problems related to digestion will also quite magically disappear. In fact, it will help you get some good night’s sleep. How? Insomniacs often report poor digestive capabilities. All the functions of your body are interrelated. If you start taking care of one, the others are bound to follow.
