The Shero Rises: Your Time Has Come

The Shero Rises: Your Time Has Come
“Be a practical dreamer backed by action.”
– Bruce Lee

Are ready to go from Victim and Survivor to Warrior and Thriver?

My whole journey for the last couple of years has been one of restoring my power and creating and aligning with a new vision for myself.

I learned to spin the agonising straws of emotional pain into gold, I weaved from my grief and suffering and created a new path; I fashioned myself into my own hero, or Shero, as I call the rising of the divine feminine within.

I am still walking down this yellow brick road, frought with obstacles and challenges, villainy from shady characters! Fuck – it ain’t easy, but I’ve chosen the warrior’s path, rather, it’s chosen me. And I’ll be damned if I ever back down. I never give up. I continue to grow and learn, adding important resources and methods of healing and transformation to my heroic treasure chest. My sacred box of weapons.

I know you’re done with emotional overwhelm, confusion and self-doubt, lack of stability, structure and consistency in following through with your plans. You’re sick of not prioritising your needs! Annoyed at when your health becomes an obstacle, your voice shakes and your paralysis at saying No to others means self-betrayal.

On and on the cycle goes.
You’re a victim of your woes.

Or are you?

How do I know this is your story? Because as a highly sensitive soul, it’s been my story for YEARS.

When empath and warrior collide, you shall be born again.

It’s time. Time to collect the Warrior brewing in the darkest regions of your heart.

I’m going to show you the way.

My tools are martial arts mindset training, journaling, yoga, art therapy – embodiment.

If you’ve been praying for a healthier way to be and live, for something to kick-start you on creating a new game plan to move you from merely surviving towards thriving, I’ve got the blueprint, the treasure map.

In these 5 days, I’m presenting 5 simple tasks, (because your success is in simplicity – how’s overwhelm – lots of ‘to-dos’ – been working out for ya?)

Bring your journal each day, join my newsletter list and Facebook tribe: Warrior Training for the Sensitive Soul to follow along!

You have a sacred path and mission. Turn your fatigue into vitality, your fears into victory! You carry the elixir you need within your entire being.

Slow down. Listen. Honour your mind, body, heart, and spirit. There’s no greater guidance and clarity than from what you can glean from your inner wisdom.

As sensitive souls, often our greatest challenge is structure. I’m going to help you build this! The more structure we put into our daily lives and the more rituals we place as our much-needed energy-shields, the more focus, and clarity we receive to accomplish the tasks we set for ourselves.

The SuperShero depends upon herself, knows herself, learns from her experiences, stands in her power with firm boundaries and has the bad-ass energy to help others without compromising her own vitality. For she is full. Whole. A Yogi. A warrior. A writer. An artist of any kind. A creator. A gentle giant. A beast, really.

If you were your own hero – what powers would you have? What are you doing day to day? Where is your focus and how are you living? What are you wearing? In whose company are you thriving?

This is going to give you a big clue as to whether you are in alignment with your inner superhero or not.

Let’s get started. We have work to do. We’ve got to bring forth the warrior within and integrate her into our external reality. We’re reclaiming our power and rising up to align with the vision we hold for ourselves.

Mark it in your calendars. We begin the 5-Day SuperShero Challenge on Thursday 23rd November.

Sign up through my Warrior bundle – you’ll get my Shero’s toolbox here and join my Facebook group Warrior Training For the Sensitive Soul as I will be there to support and guide you through the process!

As Bruce Lee (my main man) says, there’s no point dreaming, envisioning, without taking action because you won’t likely follow through. “Practical dreamers never quit.”

Use these 5 days to spur you into taking inspired action to get you back on track to where you wish to be and how you want to feel in the coming days.

“The medicine for my suffering I had within me from the very beginning but I did not take it. My ailment came from within myself, but I did not observe it, until this moment.

Now I see that I will never find the light unless, like the candle, I am my own fuel, consuming myself.”

– Bruce Lee

The greater the pain
The greater the power
Transform into a Titan
From a crumpled flower.

Rise up now warrior
Your moment has come.

These cold dark times
Wait for no one.

Rise up great warrior.
Your SuperShero calls.

– Payal

My Rendezvous With Life

My Rendezvous With Life

The treacherous waters of existence hail in their stride,As the beauty of sailing against the winds uproars in its ride.Benevolence in its yonder stirs the mirth of the true,Navigating the turbulent waves, death and I had a rendezvous.

I sought the beauty of the light that was unseen,In the depths of my muse, I found my world within.Life in its flair, trudged me into the emblems of the dark,The dreams that perspired in the seed embraced their death,As it was time for a new quest to embark.

Quaint whispers that echoed in their gallant stance,The jeers that surmounted the uncertainty galloped in their dance.Silencing the wind, bestriding the fall,I plunged into the entirety of my endeavours that call

The Power of Understanding Your Love Language

The Power of Understanding Your Love Language

Love is the purest emotion one feels towards themselves and another individual. While the expression of love can vary in its entirety from one person to another, the care we hold for the ones we love shares an undeniable impact on how we forge our perceptions of interpersonal relationships. The Beauty Of Gratitude In A World Full Of Cynicism

The Beauty Of Gratitude In A World Full Of Cynicism

Ever acquainted with the phrase that the world that you exist in, the life that you embody dwells in the perception of the stance you hold for yourself. The beauty and the tragedy of life is that it is as beautiful as the optimistic lens of perception and as ugly as the pessimistic view of your being.

The strive of our endeavours and the constant effort to achieve the next massive milestone often drive us to the edges of insanity, to be in the consistent light of greatness we lose sight of the great strings of joy that bind our existence together. To be the best we have ever been we must be mindful of the best we are. Coinciding in the traps of negativity and yet claiming to be the best version of yourself is a blinding truth that lies to only

I Breathe In The Sauntering Air That Collapses My Being

I Breathe In The Sauntering Air That Collapses My Being

I breathe in the sauntering air that collapses my being,I breathe through the crevices of my existence unseen.Uncertainty in its yonder strikes in bolt on the scars that nobody sees,Redemption that loves, redemption that is free, find me in the depths of my poetry.

Tales of lust ridden in smeared touches that belie,Entreated with envy, the visions of victory lie.To be or not to be in a question that yet lies,For I yearn for a world where fond passion never dies.

Enclasped in the cage of the deemed duty,Bounded in her vows, she forgot she was a thing of beauty. In a realm we live, where amour in its truth fails to stand tall,She, tired of her existence, submerges herself into the beauty that her dreams enthrall.

Chaos in its uproar hails in its darkness
