She Was A Forgiver

She Was A Forgiver

She was a forgiver. Her heart was so large she didn’t know how to give up on people because she always believed the good in those she loved. It was until she was walked on so many times, she had no choice but to let go of those who burned holes in her heart.

  1. This hurts my heart to even read but it's dead on. Even those with the biggest and most forgiving hearts have to draw their lines or go down under the feet of the cruel, selfish and thoughtless.

  2. Sounds like someone I know very well. The way I see it is that we are given a heart like that in this life to learn lessons, if we don't learn what we need to from these life experience we will keep reliving them untill we do. Once burned twice shy.

  3. Forgiving brings peace of mind but you don't need to respect or adopt that person's values, especially if they are poisoning your life and sanity…you are beautiful on your own, let toxic relationships go.

  4. it's painfull i have never given up on anyone no matter what they have done to me but for the first time i have finally giving up on helping people who just don't deserve it

  5. As I matured I realized everyone does not have the same heart as my own. I also believe in trying everything before giving up on someone and when I do give up I can still be civil to that individual, but that is as far as it will go. Sometimes you have to let people go in order to safe guard yourself and your sanity.
