Staying at home for a prolonged period of time might lead to frequent snacking and binging on unhealthy food. Instead of sleeping all day, get up and get moving. Work out in your home for at least 30 minutes a day, and take care of your body.

Apart from exercising regularly, make sure that you keep yourself hydrated and consume healthy food. This will keep your immune system and the rest of your body healthy and might lower the risk of you getting infected.

Even though everyone is really tensed and freaking out about all this, it is important to keep yourself updated on all the recent developments regarding Coronavirus. If the government is issuing any medical suggestions and orders to minimize the risk, then it is important for you to abide by them.

Keep an eye on the news and social media, but don’t get obsessed with it. There is a lot of misinformation that is spread around by people, so try to stay away from all that, as much as you can for the sake of your mental health.
