Returning Home
Universe has a voice. It has a way of speaking to us and guiding us.
These days humanity is waking up to witness something unprecedented, something extraordinary. In all the attempts of reaching out to us, Universe has never raised its voice this high before. And it gives us no choice but to stop and listen. To really stop and listen.
Some higher forces have pushed a bottom and put the world on hold, this time, making it inevitable for us to look around, to look at ourselves and acknowledge things that we have been resisting to see. Stillness and silence have never been so outspoken.
The message is global. For the first time, the audience is not limited to one country or region or a group of people. Itโs not a tsunami, earthquake, wildfire, or a flood destined to a specific place. Those warnings were not powerful enough to fully capture our attention, to engage us all to gather at the โround tableโ.
This time, a virus that covered the Earth reached every single country, every organization, every system, every nation, every human being of every walk of life and, most importantly, probably nearly every mind. It brought us fear, a very powerful tool, and one of the most effective agents known for being capable to force humanity to adjust its perspective. No matter how stable, wealthy, or secure one may have been until this date, the world itself is not the same for anyone, it is declaring a need for change.
Our world is one body, one organism, one heart, and one soul. It is suffering right now. And we are suffering within it. We all became equal through this suffering. Today, more than ever, we realize that we are ONE.ย
Our planet is a unique, intelligent, and genius system that constantly needs to be in balance. It knows how to balance itself out. Every process has a reason. Every action has a reaction. Every cause has an effect. Everything is interconnected. Today, our planet Earth is manifesting its urge to restore the lost balance.
When we talk about the health of a human body, we know that any illness is not limited to a physical state. When our body gets ill, it alarms us that something that we do to our structure has brought us to misbalance. Our mental or spiritual state is directly connected to our physical body, which is an indicator, some kind of alarm. Based on that, we do not just treat symptoms, but we look at the deeper reasons and causes of illness.
Every illness comes to us as a warning, as a test or as a punishment. We listen to our disease, understand what it tells us and work things out. Our world functions just the same way as the human body does. Today, our world is not well, it is ill. We came to this collection. The whole of humanity became one, bearing witness to a dialogue between the Universe and a Man. Attributes like race, nationality, religion, language, wealth, sex, social status, size of a budget, or an army are suddenly fading away becoming less and less relevant. All of the things and ideas that weโve been pursuing and prioritizing, mean nothing within this one conversation on our agenda today. A conversation about the one and only important thing that there actually is – LIFE.
With a touch of a simple virus, the Universe has brought us to our knees and made us stop and think. It brought loss. Quite often we tend to fail to appreciate something until itโs taken away from us. So today, we wear a suit of a mischievous kid, who needs to be taught a lesson to learn right from wrong. Our morning alarm went on and itโs inviting us to wake up to a brand new day, to a new reality, to a new vision.
Throughout the upcoming weeks and months, we will be treating symptoms and conquering the spread of disease. But it will be impossible for us to avoid thinking about the real causes and reasons for what is happening. Along with a tremendous loss, we are also being given an incredible amount of lessons and an invitation to adjust our direction and attitude.
Our Planet Earth is offering us an opportunity to restore our relationship with it, a relationship that went astray and became unhealthy. Today, we get to see once more that Man is not a king of the jungle. We are not the owners, we are visitors who may be asked to leave at any time. We are fragile, yet so powerful. Powerful because of our unique role as owners of incredible intelligence and abilities to be our own narrator, mediator, and a judge whoโd distinguish the right from wrong.
Today, the planet Earth came in with a reminder of our own potential and power that we hold within us to make a difference and heal.
If we do open our minds and use imagination to look at the events of today as a message from our loving Universe, what lesson would we learn? Would we admit that our focus and priorities have been shifted setting us on a faulty course? Is it time for a reality check, time to rethink, readjust, refresh, reset values, and directions? Is it time to be reminded that we cannot afford to take anything for granted any longer?
Would we learn to appreciate the smallest things and approach each beginning and passing day with gratitude? How many of us throughout these days have looked around and had a thought of how lucky he or she is to simply have a roof over the head, some food to eat and loved ones being healthy?
Will we consider inviting gratitude into our daily life and simply be grateful for a chance to be right here right now and for having what we have? Will we start celebrating our blessings? Would we come to see that happiness is not a goal or idea to chase, but is a state of mind and spirit achieved through simple gratitude? Can we return to our innocence? Can we look around and fall in love with the beauty of the world around us? Are we able to humbly accept these reminders of today with gratefulness?
A depth of human nature gets exposed during critical times. Under pressure, we express the best and worst in us in the most intense true colors. The good and bad will always be a part of our existence. But the beauty exposed during the times of loss and pain is the magical fuel and driving force that helps humanity to withstand the storms, transform and come out being better and stronger.
This is the time to rediscover the uniqueness that we hold within. All these acts of kindness, compassion, and togetherness rolling over the globe remind us of our true nature and of what really drives us forward. Our hearts are opening. We discover our vulnerability. We start to feel that we are becoming a little bit closer to each other, a little bit more connected. Regardless of borders, languages, religions, and cultures – we are still ONE, connected and united by one and only value and purpose – life. Togetherness in all its variations is the raft that may keep us afloat.
Why did we have to wait so long to open up? Today, we can come out on our balcony and sing a song out loud without being considered inadequate, we can share some joy freely to brighten up the day for others, we can gather to show appreciation, we find time to approach a neighbor and offer help. Today, we rediscover the power of the smallest acts of kindness and compassion. We learn that we cannot move forward if we do not move as ONE, in harmony, and in the same direction. As a hungry person is craving food, we rediscover the passion for life within us. We feel the urge to reconnect to our roots and origin.
Someone once said that all sickness is really homesickness. The cure is to return home to Your true self.
Could this be the beginning of a new chapter in the history of mankind, a shift in our consciousness? Could we take all the goodness and beauty within us and let it guide us back home, to our true nature? Can we preciously hold these lessons of today close to our hearts and never forget? All the answers are found within US. Just as we have the ability to harm and take wrong turns, we hold the ability to heal and find the way. We are the cause and we are the healing instrument all in one. While Planet Earth is trying to restore its balance, we have our role to play in this process – as handlers of knowledge and an intelligent mechanism tuned for survival.
May we allow the Universe to guide us.
May we return home to our true selves.
