Easier said than done!
i did most of my work for a local University for roughly 12 years.
the guy that i had been dealing with for those 12 years contracted cancer and had to take time off of course . they hired a new man to take his place and he called me on the phone.
He informed me of who he was , his position and wanted to know if he had any money in the bank with me /
I must look out for the Project Management team he assured me.
i told him that i did the best work that i was able to do as inexpensively as possible, looking out for the entire university , in my opinion.
He told me that apparently i didn't understand , replaying the importance of the PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM.
i told him that he didn't have a penny in the bank with me.
i had recently turned in a bid for a job. my bid $ 4,500
i lost that bid to another company , their bid $ 17, 800.
i guess he had money in the bank with them .
Hmm no.. just because something that's no longer make you happy does that mean you have to walk away? How about you think and give yourself a break..And then try again, maybe it'll get better in the end.. Isn't always easy but it worth it if you try a lil harder it'll make you happy with the outcome
disagree….
Absolutely
Absolutely. It doesn't have to be a permanent relocation.

Your thoughts?
Many thoughts, but the summary is that sometimes things have to be done regardless of their impact on myself. i am sure we can get into a big discussion about that also serves or grows me. But what I am talking about is beyond thought or instinct even. It is just my truth.
