Nothing gets lost ever in the universe – not even consciousness

Nothing gets lost ever in the universe – not even consciousness

Do you know – we don’t lose our existence when we die?

We lose only our consciousness – the consciousness that we are alive, the consciousness that we can breathe, the consciousness that we can see and recognise everything we see, the consciousness that we can listen and think, the consciousness that we have a family and the consciousness that we have to have a purpose in our life. But consciousness as such – does not get lost.

Actually, nothing gets lost forever in the universe.

Things just keep on changing their forms only – say, the matter gets transformed into energy, energy gets transformed into “dark photons” (or, maybe “thought-waves”) and the “thought-waves” get transformed back into the form of matter and so on in a cyclic order.

You would be surprised – when we die, even our consciousness does not get lost. It only gets converted into a new form – the thing, the spiritualists know as “soul”.

The soul is another form of consciousness, the same way as vapour is another form of water, and ice is another form of vapour.

The scientists are, however, too touchy about the very word “Souls” since they think it would align them with the “Spiritualists” – something they dread the most.

They should, nonetheless, not get seized by such an obsession by understanding that the difference between a spiritualist and a scientist can be best understood by understanding the difference in “Mathematics” and “Physics”.

The difference in Mathematics and Physics

Just think of the manner in which the mathematicians could prove that though the square roots of negative numbers had been nicknamed as “imaginary numbers”, they were actually not imaginary numbers when the Italian polymath Girolamo Cardano1  (1501-76) pointed out in the year 1545 – since “5 +√-15” and “5 – √-15” were the roots of the equation “x2 -10 x+40 = 0” it established that the “roots of the negative numbers” did not belong to an imaginary realm.

They were as real as the “real numbers”. Though it took them almost a century to formally recognise that the square roots of negative numbers were not to be treated as imaginary numbers but they, finally, gave full recognition to the existence of the square roots, it is not so easy to give recognition to the existence of the “souls”  as a form of consciousness as the mathematicians had been able to give recognition to the existence of the square roots of the negative numbers but they should realize that there is not much of difference in the “existence of the square roots of the negative numbers” in mathematics and the “existence of souls” in physics.

Therefore, recognising the difference in the mathematics and physics, they should not have any reservation to give recognition to the existence of the souls the same way as the mathematicians had given recognition to the existence of the “complex numbers”.
