  1. I just want to say if you are feeling down, depressed or are dealing with any sort of anxiety. You are not alone in this and there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. There are many things you can do to deal with your anxiety and other issues. You just need to find what works best for you. You can try yoga, diet change, meditation, breathing exercises and a lot more. I would highly suggest giving meditation a try.
