My mind is both of raging storm and lifesaver,
It tends to pull me apart, toss me around
before drowning me down to the pit of hell.
And how godsent it can be,
For it always snatches me out from the dungeon it had once created.
To raise me from below to above.
I can’t help but wonder; “How much of a hypocrite can you ever be?”
For you both kill and revive me.
Why are you the Hell in Paradise?
PS: This short poem illustrates the problem a lot of people are going through in their minds. They think positively one moment then switch back to negative the next. And vice versa. I want them to know that they are not alone. And admitting what their minds embody doesn’t make them anything less of who they really are.
