MINDFUL BREATHING



And when you feel like
there is something heavy on your chest,
the tears are uncontrollably
rolling down your cheeks and  you are too happy
or  too down  to breath correctly.
Just close your eyes and pretend
you are smelling the most beautiful aroma
to ever existed ‘breath in’ and then pretend
you’re blowing out leaves from any surface ‘breath out’.
Exactly,when you feel overwhelmed with all
that’s going on inside of you have a mindful breathing.
