If you try to keep it,
It melts away bit by bit.
Make use of it right this moment,
That’s why they call it the present.

Presence counts the most,
Let’s raise a toast!
Nothing counts more,
It’s not a chore.
Moments just melt away
No matter what people say.

It lets your spirit soar and lift!

I knot the ice cube 
with a piece of thread
Hoping that it would stay intact 
and never melt
But as hours slowly spread 
into a daze of days,
Time dissolves into redundancy 
as moment’s fade.
