Dont feed it…it will fade…control your thoughts…meditate.
It is easier if you control your thoughts. Sometimes it just coming, it just coming to your head. The enemy is the devil. It will take advantage on you if he knows that you are defenseless.
The enemy is your inner voice. Let the passed go for you cannot change it. Don’t worry about the future as it isn’t here yet. Just live in today as that’s all the energy you have. Do some meditation to relax your mind so you are only in the now. Any kind of worry is a waste of time as it only robs you of the happiness for that day & serves no purpose. Be thankful for the day you have as others may not have that option.
If only Incould make people understand this…
I believe the enemy they are referring to is depression..
Don’t fight… make friends with enemy… see where that “enemy” came from… <3
Your enemy can also be your best friend. It’s just a matter of perspective and making wise choices.
