I’m Not Always Happy, And I Think That’s Good For My Mental Health

I’m not always happy, and I think that’s good for my mental health. Just simply allowing the happiness to go and the happiness to leave. That’s pretty much what happens when it comes to choosing to live a simple life. The grind, the hustle, and the struggle to be more happy and satisfied and enough felt really toxic to me. I’m okay with the small steps I take every day to maintain my inner peace. I’m okay with inner peace being my success.I’m okay with living like this even if some people may not understand, and I really don’t care.
