To stay motivated you have to know that the steps you are taking, are actually taking you to where you want to go. Goals are not enough.
6. Do I have to stop something?
Sometimes staying motivated simply isn’t possible given your current schedule and lifestyle. You shouldn’t feel any shame if you can’t get up and go to the gym at 4am if you have to feed your kid at 5am.
Sometimes, however, we have bad habits that get in the way and deplete our capacity and control. Is there a bad habit you need to first destroy or simply manage so you can maintain your motivation and movement?
