Having A Blah Day?

Having A Blah Day

I have been a writer to inspire and motivate people for more than 7 years.
Even though I have been writing helpful and captivating stuff for a better life, I do come across situations when I feel dull and down. Whether there is a reason or not, but I do go through an emotional rush sometimes. And I feel being human we are bound to feel so sometimes.

Well, so hereby I give you simple steps to cope up with this unwanted stuff.

Spiritual beings-

Spirituality is the best mind therapy to calm down unwanted thought patterns and to infuse good thoughts in your brain. You can opt to do some spiritual activities if your interest inclines towards spiritual activities. It gives you hope and optimism.

Music mania-

I am a die-hard fan of listening to music. It just makes my day. Listen to songs that you like. Remember do not play sad songs. It can make the situation worse.

Meditation helps-

I have already written an article on how to meditate.

Express yourself-

Let your emotions come out otherwise there will be a volcano eruption of thoughts and emotions.
Write down how you feel. Record it if you want and once you feel good cut off earlier one and delete the later one. Talk to your nearest and dearest one. And If you don’t have anyone around available for you during this time Talk to yourself. That’s my next point.

Self-talk-

The mirror is your best friend.
He will not judge you for whatsoever you are. Isn’t this good?
Sometimes we don’t see anyone around to whom we can approach for help. In such a case approach yourself.
After all who knows you better than you know yourself?
Talk to yourself by looking in the mirror.
I do remember one incident. I was talking to myself by looking at the mirror and my mom was looking at me like she is seeing some insane person.

Cry If required-

We can’t reject this fact that often we go to the washroom when we feel like crying when everybody is at home.
It is absolutely fine to do so. Even I do it honestly speaking.
It is another way of giving a way for our emotions to flow the way they want to without interrupting them much.

Play with pets-

Around 12 years back I had a fish tank at home. I remember I used to sit there watching what my fishes are doing. Looking and observing them used to make me feel better.
Play with your pets, go on rounds with them.

Go for walk-

Step out to feel fresh.
Go to a nearby park or garden.
Spend your time in nature.
If you live around the mountain area go hiking there.
Nature therapy is the best therapy to make ourselves feel good.

Watch comedy-

Watch comedy movies, web series, or read books.
You will not get how unknowingly you started laughing.

Start playing with kids-

These innocent beings are amazing during downtimes.
They just lift up our mood with their simple innocent acts.

Do things that you make happy-

We all are different beings when it comes to likes and dislikes. The thing that makes me happy may not make you happy. When I am upset I prefer listening to spiritual music or high beats songs. My mom watches comedy shows or cooks something, by doing that she feels good. Do those things that really uplift your mood. It could be anything- shopping, gardening, playing an instrument, drawing; the list is endless.

I hope these points you will find helpful.

My Rendezvous With Life

My Rendezvous With Life

The treacherous waters of existence hail in their stride,As the beauty of sailing against the winds uproars in its ride.Benevolence in its yonder stirs the mirth of the true,Navigating the turbulent waves, death and I had a rendezvous.

I sought the beauty of the light that was unseen,In the depths of my muse, I found my world within.Life in its flair, trudged me into the emblems of the dark,The dreams that perspired in the seed embraced their death,As it was time for a new quest to embark.

Quaint whispers that echoed in their gallant stance,The jeers that surmounted the uncertainty galloped in their dance.Silencing the wind, bestriding the fall,I plunged into the entirety of my endeavours that call

For I chose to befriend the walk that marked the

The Beauty Of Gratitude In A World Full Of Cynicism

The Beauty Of Gratitude In A World Full Of Cynicism

Ever acquainted with the phrase that the world that you exist in, the life that you embody dwells in the perception of the stance you hold for yourself. The beauty and the tragedy of life is that it is as beautiful as the optimistic lens of perception and as ugly as the pessimistic view of your being.

The strive of our endeavours and the constant effort to achieve the next massive milestone often drive us to the edges of insanity, to be in the consistent light of greatness we lose sight of the great strings of joy that bind our existence together. To be the best we have ever been we must be mindful of the best we are. Coinciding in the traps of negativity and yet claiming to be the best version of yourself is a blinding truth that lies to only

I Breathe In The Sauntering Air That Collapses My Being

I Breathe In The Sauntering Air That Collapses My Being

I breathe in the sauntering air that collapses my being,I breathe through the crevices of my existence unseen.Uncertainty in its yonder strikes in bolt on the scars that nobody sees,Redemption that loves, redemption that is free, find me in the depths of my poetry.

Tales of lust ridden in smeared touches that belie,Entreated with envy, the visions of victory lie.To be or not to be in a question that yet lies,For I yearn for a world where fond passion never dies.

Enclasped in the cage of the deemed duty,Bounded in her vows, she forgot she was a thing of beauty. In a realm we live, where amour in its truth fails to stand tall,She, tired of her existence, submerges herself into the beauty that her dreams enthrall.

Chaos in its uproar hails in its darkness
