I can’t log in!!
We know how it feels to get frustrated at technology. First, make sure you are using the right username and password. When you signed up on the site, we emailed you a handy dandy email with your password and tips on getting started on the site. Search your email for that message. If you can’t find it, try and reset your password by clicking on the “forgot password” link below the login box.
If you still cannot log in, email the admin firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact us page. In your message let us know what internet browser you are using. We will do our best to help you resolve this issue and we thank you for your patience.
When will my blog post or quotes be published on the website?
We always try to publish all our reader’s post as soon as our editorial team approves it. As we get huge submissions every day, it can take sometime before you see your article/Quote on the site.
It has been many days and my blog is still not published?”
At The Minds Journal, we read and approve each and every article/quote before it is published. If your submission is not inline with our Submission Guidelines, it will not be approved. Please contact our editorial team at email@example.com or at Contact Us Page if you think there has been some mistake.
Why was my comment or blog deleted?
I don’t like this article/post/quote and I want it off the site.
Sometimes writing about a few things can be uncomfortable, but we do our best to give all sides a voice and encourage everyone’s view.
Many users use Articles as a place to let their voices be heard. So blog away! Let us know why you didn’t like what you read. We will link your article to the original article.
There are spelling mistakes/errors in one of the articles/Quotes
Most of our Articles are submitted by New Writers and Readers just like you. Common Mistakes and Errors are often overlooked and we will highly appreciate if you bring it to our notice by email to the Editorial Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact us page.
I found a quote with incorrect author name.
Hundreds of articles/quotes are submitted every day. Such a mistake can happen and our contributors/Writers would be happy to correct any genuine mistake. You can always email the Editorial Team at email@example.com or use the contact us page to let us know about your concerns.
I found a plagiarised Content.
Our Terms clearly states that only authorised and copyright owners can submit their articles. We do not accept articles just because you read it somewhere and liked it. There are users who would still submit such articles claiming it as their own. We are fighting to remove and Ban all such users. If you identify any such article, please bring it to our notice by email to the Editorial Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact us page
I want to change the name/bio/other details on my account.
This is an easy answer to this FAQ.
- Log in to your account.
- On the top bar, near the search box, you will see your Avatar/Profile Picture. Click on it to open your Profile.
3. Then, below the Profile Icon, you will see a Sub-menu, “Edit.” Click!
- You will see the Base, Detail, and Social. Make the necessary changes and click “Save.”
Your login name will not change. Also, note: It takes about a day for the site to update your account and all your comments, questions and answers with your new display name and search engines will continue to display your original account name for an indeterminate amount of time.
I keep getting an error and I can’t find the answer in this FAQ section
As our site grows in leaps and bounds, we often make technical changes and adjustments. In the message, tell us what internet browser and what operating system you are using. Someone will make every effort to respond to you within 24-48 hours.
