  1. Communicating with the ones who hurt you is very emotional and traumatic, and takes you through it all again and more. Afterwards though the outcome can be very beneficial to your sanity, Well-being and personal peace. If you both can have your say and work together towards a better relationship then it’s great for the both of you. If you don’t wish to move forward with that person then you’ve spoken your hurt and now it’s easier to move on as things are in the open and boundaries been set. They know that you’re no push over to be used and abused

  2. An emotional Cleanse is just as important as physically Cleansing ourselves. We need to let all the old stuff out to make room for all the future feelings, thoughts, memories etc. Everyone needs to unload/cleanse/brain dump, detox, let go at some point. 🙂
