Being (poetry)

Where do I seek you
The temples seem to be built by men who can’t comprehend
Prayers sung by those who sing the glory of wars
Generations seemingly following doctrines of disunity
There I could not seek you
Places of worship turning into places of gratifications
Idols of clay becoming Idols of disharmony
In them, I could not seek you
For only when I looked within,
Into being
there, I have seeked You.
