Dr. Carlos Garcia

Dr. Carlos Garcia is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, professor, and speaker who helps individuals unleash their full potential through transformative counseling, therapy, and coaching. He is the owner of Tampa Counseling and Wellness where he provides psychotherapy to those looking to positively transform their lives. He is also the Founder of The Mastery Group, an organization that provides leaders and companies with the tools to take their performance to the next level.

Dr. Garcia received his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University and completed his residency at Rutgers University. Dr. Garcia served in the military as a United States Marine for 8 years and later as a firefighter and paramedic prior to pursuing his doctorate degree. These combined experiences have allowed him to truly understand the dynamics of human suffering but also of human resilience. Dr. Garcia’s passion is now in helping others grow, heal, and create lasting and meaningful change.
