Those showers of orange shades from the grey lamp post
That I used to love the most
The same roadway to home yet some strange faces
The same moment of time yet some unknown voices
The warm breeze yet I am cold as a corpse inside
The starry night sky yet I am unable to decide
Battered body and messed up mind
Life goes on spinning around time
A sudden eclipse of happiness
Drizzles of darkness
But you walked along with me
And I am thankful to you and always be
You are a perfect guide
Behind my every stride
You are the light in me
The days when I am too blind to see
You are the hope at the crossroad
Even if my way is bowed
You are my eyes through the night
You make me believe everything will be alright.
