Ways Create Good Karma Everyday

Being happy with whatever you have is the best way to thank your loved ones and the Universe. People who are grateful are always the ones who get to have the most from life.

6. Meditate regularly.

In case you need to quieten your mind from all that is upsetting you and making you depressed and angry, you should meditate regularly. You should pay attention to all the thoughts and feelings that emanate from the brain. Meditation can help you understand your mind and soul, and also bring some much-needed positivity to your life.

Continue to attract positivity as much as possible, and that is probably the only thing that gives out some good energy into the world. Meditation is one of the best ways to know what resides in you and how to best channel it into doing something good.

7. Be compassionate and kind.

You need to dive into your inner self and draw energy that will help others. Life is all about give and take, and the more kindness and compassion you give out, the more you will get it back. Being kind doesn’t cost a dime, and showing compassion towards others doesn’t take anything away from you.

Everyone is fighting a battle you don’t know about, so it is all the more important to show kindness and empathy as much as you can. It is after all kindness that makes the world go round.

8. Practice forgiveness.

Every human being walking on this Earth has been wronged someway or the other, but if everyone holds on to their anger, pain, and revenge then the future is doomed. Forgiving someone who has hurt you, or caused you a lot of pain is difficult but you still need to try. At the end of the day forgiving someone for their misdeeds is not about them, it’s about you and your peace of mind.

If you hold on to the bad things all the time, they will consume you and cause you more heartbreak and pain in the long run. Let karma take care of the bad people, you focus on yourself and your happiness and create some good karma.

9. Just listen. That’s all.

Sometimes simply listening is the best thing you can do for yourself and for others. If someone comes up to and just wants to talk about what’s bothering them, then just listen. You don’t have to give any kind of advice or solutions. All you have to do is be their sounding board while they say whatever is in their hearts.

When you speak less and listen more, you get to know so many things about the world and the people in it. The more you listen, the more you get to know about the different perspectives that different people harbor.

10. Help someone learn something.

Helping someone achieve their goals and teaching them something that they have always wanted to learn is one of the noblest things you can ever do. Help someone be the best version of themselves. Help someone land that dream job they have always wanted. Help someone overcome a roadblock they have been stuck at for a very long time.

Teaching valuable things to someone is one of the best things you can do if you want to create some good karma. Be a good and selfless teacher when someone needs you to be.

Creating good karma is not just about working on yourself and helping yourself. It is also about what you can do for others, especially them who cannot give you back anything in return. So the next time you want to create some good karma focus on being selfless, positive and kind, and see how your life changes for the better.

Hi there! I am someone who is trying to navigate through life, one day at a time. Writing is my passion and my job, and I am happiest when I am writing. I love reading comic books, watching drama movies, playing with my dogs and generally lazing around. An introvert by nature, you can find me in the farthest corner of the room in every party, playing with the dog and having my own party.View Author posts
