An empath is someone who is highly sensitive to outside stimuli such as frantic environments, loud personalities, and noise. They might find themselves feeling emotionally drained and exhausted when too much is going on around them, and they don’t know exactly how to quiet everything down.

Empaths just know stuff, without being told. They are highly attuned with their surroundings. Their understanding goes beyond intuition or gut feelings.

Empaths feel the incoming emotions of other people. This can physically weaken them and eventually lead to stomach ulcers to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Lower back problems can develop from being ungrounded.

Their attention and compassion are always drawn by people in need. If someone is suffering, in emotional pain or is being bullied, they will be moved. They are always ready to help people who are genuinely in need.
